• WETT certified inspections
• Stove and fireplace installation
• Chimney and venting services
• Service and repair
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Ductless heat pumps
• Hot tubs and spas

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by The Tin Man Inc. are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during installation or service. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Financing options are available through our partner, FinanceIt, subject to credit approval. Custom orders may require a deposit.

5. Warranties

Products sold by The Tin Man Inc. are covered by manufacturer warranties. Our installation work is warranted for one year from the date of completion. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and failure to perform recommended maintenance are not covered.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tin Man Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
